CARRIAGE - British Mainland deliveries, small packages

  • Small, lightweight delivery for boxes of disposable eyeshields (IPL-aid etc) and eyewear is by Royal Mail
  • Minimum postage is £5.50 +Vat. (This covers 1-4 boxes of eyeshields)
  • Standard postage is by First Class Signed for - no guaranteed delivery date, Signature required
  • Special Delivery (Guaranteed Next Day, Signature required) starts at £8+Vat
  • Special Delivery is recommended for order values over £200 net
  • We reserve the right to ship according to weight and value of shipment where no method is specified    

Outside these package sizes, for weights over 1kg and for high value products, the Standard carriage is with UPS, where costs begin at £20+Vat. Alternatively a nominated courier on Customer account may be specified.

CARRIAGE - Europe and the Rest of the World         - Carriage will be agreed at point of order.

Please note costs on any quote may be subject to alteration if weights/value of final order is for more (or less) than the quoted number of items.


  • Items may be returned (but must be in their original packaging) if they are found to be incorrect. A re-stocking fee of 20% may apply.
  • Faulty items can be returned but please report any problems by phone - 01333 311938 - prior to return so we can discuss it with you. It may be we can offer a replacement quickly and save you postage/costs.
  • In the event an item needs to be assessed, please return to us at School Drive, Ovenstone, Fife KY10 2RR marking your package clearly with "Return" and including your name, address, contact details and a reference to the fault, and if possible an invoice/order number
  • Where a Warranty claim is requested, a delay may occur while reference is made to the original manufacturer. We will endeavour to keep you supplied with an appropriate substitute if this means any downtime while you wait, but this cannot always be guaranteed
